Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 7 business days. Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, and no shows, will result in the loss of your prepayment. It is important to be on time for your massage. If you arrive late (more than 5 minutes) you will be sacrificing your treatment time. We do our best to accommodate clients but due to other bookings this won’t always be possible.
